Delete Account

Deleting your personal data.

You can request erasure of your personal data by sending us an email at customerservice@k-5group.com

When you request deletion of your personal data, we will use reasonable efforts to honor your request. In some cases, we may be legally required to keep some of the data for a certain time; in such event, we will fulfill your request after we have complied with our obligations Request to before deleting your account please read the Disclaimers provided in the page.

  1. Delete Account

    How to delete your account in the application:

    On App

    Log in to your account using the parent credentials established during registration.

    On the Home screen, tap the Hamburger Icon located in the top left corner.

    Click the hamburger icon in the top left corner to open the menu.

    Within the menu, select the “Delete Account” option.

    You will be redirected to a screen that provides instructions, terms and conditions, and a disclaimer.

    Proceed to the Delete Account page and press the “Delete my account” button.

    Confirm your decision by selecting “Yes” to delete your account or “No” to retain it.

    Upon selecting “Yes,” your account will be permanently deleted. If you select “No,” your account will remain active.

  2. When you delete your account:

    You will no longer be able to log in to this Application with the same account.

    You will lose access to your progress and history.

    You will lose any IAP purchases.

    Your account will be deleted permanently.

    Before deleting make sure your are ready to get your account deleted.
